About Felicia

Felicia JoyFelicia Joy is a nationally recognized entrepreneur, author and speaker who is frequently requested by major press outlets and various organizations to speak in plain language on the ins and outs of entrepreneurial success.

She has been a featured guest on radio programs from Atlanta to Seattle, and has appeared as a small business and entrepreneurship contributor on major television news networks, such as CNN, FOX and CBS.

Prior to becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Felicia built a successful career in Corporate America as a crisis management and communications executive, creating more than $50 million in value for the organizations and companies at which she worked before deciding to launch her own companies.

She now owns two growing brands: Ms. CEO Incorporated – a media and merchandise company for women entrepreneurs; and Joy Group International, LLC – a publishing, business development and consulting firm.

In addition to sharing her ideas as an author and building her own businesses, Felicia enjoys sharing her insights with others as a marketing and small business instructor at Emory University.  Felicia is also a speaker to diverse audiences nationwide on personal transformation and entrepreneurial success. She is passionate about using entrepreneurship as a tool to create economic value, good jobs, and positive social change.

A native Georgia peach, Felicia Joy is a graduate of the University of Georgia with degrees in Political Science and Journalism. She lives in Atlanta and is known for her sunny smile and (really) loud laugh! You can catch up with her on Twitter @feliciajoy.
